Our maintenance warehouse stocks a wide range of products that will allow you to get everything you need all in one place. We can come out to your property weekly or monthly to take your orders. That’s right! We come to you! Pat Lordi Sales LLC was built on customer relations. We will walk through your shop with you to get a feel for what it is that you need, answer any questions you may have on products or availability, and take the guess work out of ordering supplies.
What is the best part you ask? We are not confined to what you see in our catalogs. If there is a specific item you need that is not listed, just let us know. We will get it for you and use our buying power to get you the best pricing possible. We can usually get special request items within 24-48 hours, depending on the item.

Weather you are renovating one of your apartments or twenty, we can supply you with exactly what you need to get the job done quickly. Building materials, plumbing, electrical, hardware, you name it. Whatever you need for your renovations, we will supply it all in one trip. You stay organized while saving time and money. Each package is hand picked by our attentive staff and labeled accordingly. We will even deliver the material inside the unit upon request.
If you already have a list of supplies needed, we will cross it over to the items we have on hand in order to fill your order quickly. We will never substitute an item with an inferior brand. You will get what you request or better!
